I love helping my clients break the bonds of people-pleasing and free themselves from living solely for the approval and appreciation of others. As my clients grow to freedom, they learn to hear their calling and live from the inside out. I live with my life partner of 20 years in St. Louis, Missouri, and I thrive by spending time in nature, especially near or on the water. I look forward to getting to know you as we grow together.
